The brain injury charity Headway Essex required a new website to provide information to their four specific target audiences:
Those with a brain injury
Those who care for someone with a brain injury
Brand supporters and fundraisers
What we did:
Mosaic designed and built the new website with a clear customer journey for the four different visitor types. We incorporated landing pages for each of the four website sections, so individual URLs could be included in Headway’s targeted marketing and communications to direct audiences to the relevant area on the website.
The charity, like most, survives and thrives from donations and therefore Mosaic ensured an easy pathway for visitors to donate.
Accessibility was a key consideration and we incorporated a plugin to allow users to easily change the font size and site colours as required.
The site was designed and built to be responsive for mobiles and tablets – with slightly different mobile templates to ensure prominence for the donate button and contact information.
