Women have been honoured and celebrated globally for their work and contributions since 1911, and this year is no different.

International Women’s Day 2025 uses the theme “Accelerate Action” to remind us of the need to take steps toward achieving gender equality, while also providing an opportunity to highlight and celebrate the achievements of women in life and the workplace.

Celebrating our women leaders

Mosaic stands out as a trailblazer in gender parity. Over 60% of its workforce are female and an impressive four out of five of our board members are women, who in the main, have risen through the ranks while juggling the demands of motherhood and career advancement.

This remarkable composition significantly surpasses the typical gender ratios seen in many corporate boards. But gender equality isn’t just about who sits in the boardroom, it’s about how organisations nurture talent, break barriers, and create a truly inclusive workplace at every level.
