An agency with a social conscience  

When Mosaic launched in 2000, it was always with the intention of serving organisations that cared for others and the world around them. Over the decades, we’ve been fortunate to work with a vast array of public, private and third sector organisations who support a higher purpose and are driven by high ethical standards.

Founding the Conscience Marketing® movement

Having spent more than two decades creating marketing strategies and training others in how to develop them, our CEO Karen Ainley realised that current marketing strategy isn’t fit for purpose.

With a 1st class Masters degree in Digital Marketing Strategy and having taught the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Digital Marketing strategy modules for a number of years, Karen felt it was time for a brand new approach to marketing strategy and created Conscience Marketing®.

This new genre focuses on the 5Cs of Conscience Marketing®: your Customers, Climate, Community, Colleagues and Credentials. We embed these principles in our clients’ marketing strategies. 

Practising what we preach

We’re continually trying to improve what we’re doing to help others around us, whether it’s supporting charity or community endeavours, enhancing opportunities for our staff or reducing our carbon footprint.

That’s why we’ve made a commitment to work towards B Corp status, a hard-won accreditation that demonstrates a company’s entire social and environmental impact.
