Mosaic’s CEO and communications expert Karen Ainley has published her first book, packed with tips designed to help professionals become more confident public speakers, improve their presentation skills and learn media interview techniques.

Karen began her career in journalism, working as a reporter for the Colchester Gazette before going on to broadcast roles in BBC radio and television. She set up Mosaic in 2000 and the company trains and advises organisations across the UK in media handling, messaging, public speaking and strategic communications. It is also a highly active PR and digital marketing agency, specialising in supporting organisations with a social conscience.
