Overview
Mosaic worked in partnership with the Gin Guild for a number of years, creating websites and content, managing SEO and filming videos of special events.
At the centre of our activity was a website hub for members of the Gin Guild – including gin distillers, gin brands, industry professionals and gin enthusiasts – focusing on member communication and engagement.
Mosaic currently provides PR support, writing press releases and articles.
Bespoke web features
- Public website with separate private members’ portal which delivers information and resources only available to members
- Search function ‘Ginopedia’ to allow visitors to browse gin brands, distilleries, distillers and botanicals
- Interactive maps showing gin distilleries in London and gin producers around the world
- Events and ticketing function
- Additional microsite – Ginposium – dedicated to promoting the body’s popular annual industry seminar
Ginposium
Mosaic provided event management and marketing support for the Gin Guild’s annual member event – Ginposium. Our video crew filmed events, capturing talks and gin tasting sessions from industry experts, to provide video content for members.
In 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic, Ginposium was cancelled. Mosaic responded quickly to the changing circumstances by working with the guest speakers to create videos of their presentations so that Gin Guild members could still enjoy the content that would have been delivered on the day.
Mosaic also created a How to guide and accompanying video to show guest speakers how to create video on their smartphones.


Gin Note™
Gin-Note™ is a Gin flavour guidance template designed to allow consumers, retailers and others, to benefit from access, across a wide range of gins, to a standard flavour summary of each of those gin brands.
Mosaic managed the design and website content in relation to each Gin-Note™ that was created.
