Mosaic wins GOLD at the CIPR PRide Awards 2021

Mosaic has the champagne on ice after winning Gold in the Education category at the CIPR PRide Awards 2021 for the Thames & Chiltern Region, for its Poetry Together campaign for client Dukes Education – a family of schools, nurseries and educators.

This successful media and communications campaign, planned and delivered by Mosaic, launched and promoted Poetry Together – a nationwide initiative fronted by broadcaster Gyles Brandreth, promoting the benefits to memory, language and confidence of learning and reciting poetry for young and old.

The integrated campaign, supported by high-profile media coverage, achieved the goal of 200 schools and care homes signing up to share in the individual and community benefits of reciting poetry and intergenerational engagement.

Commenting on the campaign, the category judges said: “Excellent results achieved against a strong brief. The campaign clearly delivered in excess of expectations and proved successful in adjusting tactical implementation in the face of lockdown and COVID restrictions.”

Dukes Education said: “Mosaic really stepped up to help us ensure the participation numbers stayed high when Covid-19 put hopes of a repeat campaign at risk. Moving everything online, they helped us achieve the same vigour, creativity and liveliness as the in-person campaign, resulting in even more sign-ups than the launch year – a real triumph, bringing even greater benefit to the young people and care homes taking part.”
